Atletico Madrid sporting director Mateu Alemany insists there's no plans to sell Julian Alvarez this summer.
The former Manchester City striker is a target for Barcelona and been linked with a return to England where Arsenal and Chelsea are keen.
However, Alemany insists they want to keep hold of Alvarez, with reports suggesting new contract talks are planned. His current deal runs to 2030.
Alemany said, "Julián is a player from Atlético. Atlético has very good players, and many clubs are interested in them.
"But we have not spoken to anyone, neither potential candidates nor candidates, neither from Barcelona nor with anyone."
Do you believe the player will agree with this?
